Dale H. Parthemer, 83, of Howland, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at home. He was born May 8, 1935 in Warren, the son of Hershel and Irene (Hill) Parthemer, and had lived in Trumbull County all his life.
A graduate of Bristol High School, Dale retired from Packard Electric after more than 30 years of employment. A member of the Eagles Lodge in Niles, he was an avid bowler and Cleveland Indians fan, and enjoyed camping, playing cards, playing the harmonica, and watching all sports on television.
Precious memories of Dale live on with his daughter, Irene Crook (Tom) of Howland; three grandchildren: Alicia Conn (Steve) of Tampa, Fla., Jessica Crook of Austintown, and Tiffany Crook of Warren; and a great-grandson, Elliott Conn.
Preceding him in death are his parents and his wife, Mary (Baker) Parthemer, whom he married in December, 1962 and who passed in March, 1964.
Services are 7:00 pm Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with Rev. David R. Black officiating. Friends may call 6:00 to 7:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Those attending the visitation and service are asked to wear something from their favorite sports team.
