Sophia “Stephanie” Tsapos, 49, of Champion, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at home.  She was born March 9, 1968 in Warren, the daughter of Steven D. and Edith J. (Musser) Tsapos, and had lived in the area all her life.

Stephanie was a 1986 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and also attended Kent State University.  She had studied for the veterinary field, and most recently completed welding coursework at ETI.  For the past five years, she was employed as an electronics technician at Laird Technologies, and before that, had worked for fourteen years for DEM Manufacturing.

Stephanie attended Believers Christian Fellowship.  She enjoyed going to church, going to flea markets, her two pugs, Mandi and Bart, and riding her Harley.  She was an avid Snoopy collector and animal lover.

Surviving are her parents Steven and Edith Tsapos of Warren; her daughter and grandson, Holly and Daniel Tsapos of Warren; a sister, Deborah Ferrell of Niles; and a brother, Edwin (Janet) Ferrell of Warren.

Services are 11:00 am Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Pine Knoll Cemetery.  Friends may call 10:00 to 11:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home.  Material contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County.

Stephanie will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
