Warren – Marie Weatherspoon passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Marie was born November 5, 1925 in Montgomery, Alabama a daughter of the late Cleveland and Anna (Jackson) Stroud. A homemaker, Marie was a member of the Greater Apostolic Faith Church in Warren. Marie will be sadly missed by her daughter: Betty Brightwell of Warren; her son: Bernard J. Weatherspoon of Warren; one sister: Birdia Stroud of Warren; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Marie is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William K Weatherspoon; four sisters; and two brothers. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Greater Apostolic Faith Church, 3571 Tod Ave. NW, Warren, Ohio with Elder Phillip W. Shealey officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the services Tuesday at the church. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
