Debra Kennedy, 57, of Howland, passed away peacefully Friday, December 8, 2017 at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.  She was born December 27, 1959 in Warren, the daughter of Nick and Doris (Yauger) Visnich.

A 1978 graduate of Howland High School, Debra worked for many years as a detective for the City of Pittsburgh.

She is sadly missed by her friend, Richard Rose of Howland.  Her parents precede her in death.

Per her request, cremation is taking place.  Services are private.
