Niles – Betty J. Mitchell passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at her home. Betty was born January 4, 1938 in Warren a daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Getsay) Puncsak. She retired after many years of service from General Motors in Lordstown. Betty was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, enjoyed quilting and was an excellent cook. She will be sadly missed by her daughters: Ronna Williams of Newton Falls, and Linda Mitchell of N. Royalton; sons: Mark Mitchell of Steubenville, Brent Mitchell of Tampa, Florida and John (Holly) Mitchell of N. Bloomfield; brother: Michael Puncsak of San Lorenzo California; sisters: Barbara (Daniel) Gallagher of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Mary Warfel of Hawaii; grandchildren: Seven (Derek) Victor, Eric Williams, Cory Williams, Jessika (Jake) Hoffman, Jarrett Mitchell, and Mya Mitchell; and great grandchildren: Joplin, Marley, and L.J. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; one son: Tim Mitchell and a sister Anita Teolis.
